Your Family is Being Poisoned

What would you do if you found out that someone was poisoning your family, including your baby? What if the poisoning has been taking place all these time, ever since they were born? If you have a plastic bottle at home, chances are it contains BPA.

BPA, short for Bisphenol A, is a chemical found in most plastic and canned food. CDs, water bottles, baby bottles, sports equipment and eyeglasses, just to name a few. While the plastics in equipment and glasses are not a major concern, the ones that come in contact with food and drinks is another matter. BPA actually leaks from the plastics and seeps into the food you want to be protected in the first place. Your children’s lunch boxes, water bottles, plastic forks and knives. It’s worse when it comes into contact with hot temperature.

Go ahead and do your own research on BPA, but long story short: do yourself and your loved ones a favour and recycle those plastics and swap to alternatives right now. There are BPA-free plastics available in the market but research has shown that BPS (BPA’s replacement in the production of plastics) is just as dangerous as BPA. Your safest bet? Stainless steel!

Stainless steels are sturdy, easy to clean, contain no BPA, lead or other toxins. And there are a lot of other benefits to using a stainless steel water bottle as well.

  • Stay cool – Keep your food and drinks warm or cool with insulated steel bottles. You just can’t do that with plastic. Plastic? Not cool.
  • Eco-Friendly – The average American uses 160 disposable plastic water bottles in a year. Plastic takes FOREVER to biodegrade.
  • Save money – Okay fine, so you don’t give a shit about planet Earth. How about your pennies then? If a bottled water costs 50 cents each, that’s $80 EVERY year you spend on water alone. Just get a reusable bottle.

Klean Kanteen is a company that believes in BPA-free stainless steel products for your whole family. They have outlets all over the world so chances are you’ll be able to grab them off the shelves, if not you can order online on their website too!

Have fun shopping and stay safe!
